Nguyễn Thị Huyền (born May 19, 1993) is a Vietnamese runner.

At the 2015 Southeast Asian Games Nguyễn won triple gold in the 400 metres, 400 metres hurdles, and 4×400 m relay while setting games records in the latter two events.
